As part of our facility services, we provide not only inspections and technical maintenance of security systems (intruder and fire alarm systems), but also comprehensive management of all building services engineering. Thanks to our technicians’ expertise and a proven checking framework, we cover the full scope of facility needs:

  • Intruder alarm system: regular functionality checks, servicing, and updates.
  • Fire alarm system: mandatory statutory inspections, sensor testing, and emergency readiness.
  • Electrical systems (high and low voltage): inspections of wiring, fuse boxes, and emergency lighting.
  • HVAC – heating, ventilation, air-conditioning: maintenance of boiler rooms, AC units, ventilation, and filtration.
  • Air handling (ventilation): cleaning, checking, and balancing air-handling runs, CO₂ monitoring, and air exchange.
